Sweet Potato Casserole

1 C. Sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 Stick butter (melted)
2 Cans sweet potatoes (large sized cans)
1 t. Cinnamon
1 C. Milk

Topping:
1/2 C. Sugar
1/2 C. Flour
1/2 Stick butter (softened)
1/2 C. pecans


  • Grease a 9x13 baking pan with Pam
  • With a handmixer, blend all ingredients except for those that apply to the topping
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour contents into baking pan
  • In small bowl combine all topping ingredients
  • Sprinkle above mixture over the casserole
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
