Simple Mashed Potatoes for Two

2-3 Baking potatoes (I perfer Yukon gold, peeled, cubed)
1 Stick butter (cubed)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 C. Whipping cream

  • Boil and drain potatoes
  • In a large bowl, combine potatoes, butter, whipping cream, salt, and pepper; mash until you achieve the texture you like
Recipe easily expands to accommodate more people.
