1/2 C. Onion (finely chopped)
1 T. butter
1 1/2 C. Whipping cream (or substitute milk)
1/2 C. Water
1 Can cream of chicken soup
1 Lb. Velveeta (cubed)
- In LARGE saucepan, sautee onion in the butter over medium heat
- Turn heat down to medium/low, add all remaining ingredients
- Heat only until bubbly, do not allow to boil
- Serve immdiately
