Aunt Diny's Mashed Potatoes

6-8 Baking potatoes (peeled, cubed)
8 Oz. Cream cheese (softened)
2 Sticks butter
2 Eggs (beaten)
1 t. Salt
1/2 t. Pepper
2 T. Flour

  • Grease 11x13 baking dish with Pam
  • Boil potatoes, drain, place in large bowl, and beat with a hand mixer until smooth
  • Add cream cheese, butter, eggs; beat until smooth again
  • Add salt, pepper, flour; beat until smooth again
  • Pour contents into baking dish and bake at 325 for 30 minutes
Add extra cream cheese if you wish!
